. It aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professionals from the industry, academia and government who are working in the field of Communication and Network Protocol to discourse on research and development, professional practice in related fields.
This Special Issue will publish selected papers from the conference, all submissions will be reviewed by both the conference technical committees and

editorial board.
Manuscript Submission Information
Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited.
